Kimco Real Estate will host its Chapter 7 Halloween Party and fourth annual Cocoa Village Golf Cart Parade on Oct. 31, 2026, at 501 Florida Ave. in Historic Cocoa Village.The free public event, which starts at 6:30 pm, serves as a fundraiser for Brittany’s Wish, a local nonprofit that assists families navigating childhood cancer diagnoses.The gathering will take place on the main grounds of Kimco Real Estate immediately following the City of Cocoa’s Fall Festival. All proceeds raised from activities during the evening will benefit Brittany’s Wish, a 501(c)(three) organization.Kim Forbes Stewart, a representative of Kimco Real Estate, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting the local community through the annual event.“This event is Kimco’s absolute favorite way of giving back to our amazing customers and the community that supports us year-round,” Stewart said. “We’re bringing together incredible food, competitive holiday fun, and neighborhood camaraderie to champion a cause
